We realize that in order to provide competent and efficient service during the delivery of electricity and water distribution services our business processes necessitate the gathering, use and disclosure of Personal Information. We have a responsibility that’s taken very seriously to guard our customer's privacy.

It’s imperative that our customers be aware that there might be a need for us to release summary information gained by combining data from a lot of accounts. We’ll make certain that the data is adequately aggregated so that any personal identifiers can’t realistically be identified.
